Shlomo Bar is one of Israel’s most important and original musical artists.
For forty years, together with his band “The Natural Gathering” he has created music that expresses the complex heart and soul of the Israeli experience – a stirring blend of East and West that yields compositions of exceptional beauty, while also expressing social protest and pain.
Gilad Inbar – Biography
Born in 1973, Gilad Inbar is a director, editor and film producer. A graduate of the Sam Spiegel Film School with a high distinction, Gilad directed two documentaries. His most recent documentary, about the Israeli folk music legend Shlomo Bar was screened at DocAviv Festival.
As an editor Gilad worked on The Testimony, which screened at the Venice Film Festival and won the Best Film Award at the Haifa Film Festival, as well as Suicide, which screened on Netflix.
